Through assignments, mentorship, and access to experienced professionals, analysts develop financial, analytical, technical, and communication skills to deliver thoughtful, risk-managed investment solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in institutional investing, asset management, financial markets, credit, real estate, portfolio management, or investment operations.
Strong analytical, quantitative, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex analysis into clear conclusions and professional materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including experience analyzing data and presenting findings.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, issuer, security, portfolio, or transaction analysis to support investment recommendations.
Build and maintain financial models, portfolio analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, trade evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Prepare client-ready presentations, portfolio reviews, market commentary, and performance reporting.
Monitor portfolios, data quality, and market developments; communicate risks and opportunities to partners.
Collaborate across portfolio management, research, trading, risk, and operations to deliver initiatives.
Utilize data, automation, visualization, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and efficiency.
