DLA Piper’s Investment Funds Group is seeking an attorney with 3–6 years’ experience in fund formation, commercial real estate, real estate finance, and/or joint ventures. This is a professional track/non-partnership track position located in Austin, TX or other offices.

Applicants should have strong analytical and writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in fund formation, CRE, real estate finance, and/or joint ventures.
• Drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters.
• Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus.

Relevant experience includes drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor side letters, as well as various commercial real estate transactions documents such as purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and joint venture agreements. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus.
