Job summary

DLA Piper seeks an associate to join its Investment Funds group in Austin, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years’ AmLaw 100 experience advising on domestic and international private equity, real estate, VC, and hedge funds, with strong secondary transaction background.

Experience in structuring separately managed accounts and carry vehicles is a plus.
