Accounting Search seeks an Investment Funds Associate Attorney for its New York office. The attorney will represent private equity, hedge, private credit, and real estate funds employing alternative strategies, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to business development.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics, active bar admission, and 3–6 years of substantive investment funds experience.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of substantive experience in investment management and fund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds and related strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, and hybrid funds.
• Support matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver legal solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of the funds practice and direct client interaction.

INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS

LOCATION: NEW YORK

INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment FundsAssociate Attorneys in their New Yorkoffice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
• Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs, interval funds, closed-end funds).
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the firm's expanding investment funds practice, directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
