Bridgewater Associates, LLC is seeking a senior professional to join the Research, Data Strategy and Acquisition function at our Westport, CT campus. You will engage with investors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve understanding of external offerings and align with Bridgewater’s data needs.

You will lead the sourcing portfolio, drive vendor relationships, and contribute to an expanding ML/AI data layer to enhance discovery and matching for investment requests across markets.

Formación

• 4-year degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• 3–7 years of relevant work experience at an investment bank, vendor/service provider or asset management firm.
• Experience in at least two of the following: Relationship Management, Supplier Knowledge Management, or Internal Stakeholder Management.
• Experience with Capital Markets market or research data is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Executing across the systems, sourcing, supply chains, and internal demand to acquire, provide and maintain inbound fuel for investment requests.
• Dynamically understanding the world of offerings, creating market matches and indications of interest.
• Owning Investment Asks that land unspecified or over-specified.
• Understanding and communicating the state of sourcing portfolio components and knowledge bases.
• Building and sorting inbound possibilities and data sources in the sourcing portfolio.
• Improving the ML/AI layer in external discovery and matching.
• Creating initiatives to raise quality, reliability, and efficiency of the practice’s systems.
• Continuously evaluating processes for sourcing, vetting, and delivering content at scale.
• Advocating with vendors to improve pitch quality.
