Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking an Investment Data Engineer in the Greater Boston area for a hybrid role, willing to travel to the office 2-3 days per week. Join a global asset management data team designing and maintaining pipelines for Holding, Security, Relationship, and Transaction data, integrating Bloomberg feeds and restricted product data for enterprise use.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering for investment data structures and feeds.
• Experience with investment/asset management data, not generic financial services.
• Exposure to both public and private markets data; hedge fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for Holding, Security, Relationship, and Transaction data across markets.
• Work with Bloomberg feeds and other market data to ensure accurate ingestion and downstream availability.
• Translate business requirements into robust pipelines in collaboration with investment, risk, and tech stakeholders.
• Contribute to the multi-year target-state data ecosystem roadmap, not a one-time build.
• Support analytics with focus on Fixed Income data and analytics.
• Build and optimize pipelines on Databricks or comparable platforms with best practices.
