Monticello Associates, LLC in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking an Associate, Investment Consulting to join a small, collaborative team supporting consultants and the firm’s research effort across client engagements and investment manager due diligence. The Analyst will take direction from senior colleagues and balance multiple priorities in a hybrid setting.

We look for 0–2 years of experience, an undergraduate degree, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Progress toward CFA designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze capital markets and investment manager due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workload of a group of consultants and associate directors.
• Assist with client portfolios analyses and tracking against long-term goals.
• Help with investment manager research and due diligence across asset classes.
• Prepare quantitative analyses and reports of market activity and portfolio metrics.
• Assist in quarterly client materials, RFPs, and onboarding materials.
• Communicate capacity and competing deadlines clearly within the team.
