The Purpose of Your Role

Working in our Investor Center, you will develop customized financial plans through a wide range of products and services using your sound judgment, keen knowledge of products, and Fidelity's planning tools. Instead of sourcing new customers, you will engage with existing clients and warm leads, allowing you to focus on providing investment solutions and growing relationships with a dedicated local advisor.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
  • Effectively utilizing Fidelity’s guidance tools to engage in financial planning discussions by presenting solutions and service offerings that meet client needs.
  • Using technology to prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments, optimizing the client’s time, and planning for follow-up.
  • Growing relationships through proactive outreach, understanding clients’ goals, and referring them to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.
  • Holding Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations are preferred or ability to acquire quickly upon hire.
  • Having a degree and/or professional certifications such as a CFP is helpful; our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining these if not already acquired.
