Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with 5+ years in finance/investments, strong Python skills, and deep knowledge of Murex and Bloomberg tools. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, engineering, data science, mathematics or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in investment compliance and/or risk management of fixed income portfolios.
• Strong programming experience in Python and data management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Murex and Bloomberg trading/portfolio systems.
• Experience designing and deploying AI models in investment management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement methodologies for investment compliance, risk analytics, and reporting of WBG Treasury portfolios.
• Lead projects implementing systems and tools for investment compliance, market risk, credit and counterparty risk.
• Develop and validate complex rules for investment guidelines and monitoring processes.
• Interpret and revise investment guidelines; assist in developing new ones.
• Produce investment reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop analytical tools and support portfolio managers on compliance, risk, and reporting; document processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
