Job summary

Allianz Life seeks an AIM Compliance Advisor to support ethics and compliance across investment management programs. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and covers code of ethics administration, portfolio monitoring, testing, and training under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in compliance, with strong communication skills and familiarity with portfolio systems like Aladdin and Bloomberg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in investment management compliance.
• 4+ years of experience in compliance training, insurance or related fields.
• Ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences, including non-technical backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with executives, third parties, managers and staff.
• Familiarity with asset management portfolio administration and investment adviser compliance systems preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and resources (e.g., generative AI).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering core compliance activities under supervision.
• Perform compliance testing and monitoring activities under direct supervision.
• Support policy administration, risk assessments and training.
• Respond to Know Your Customer requests and conduct annual access reviews and testing.
