Job summary

Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination.
Advanced knowledge of investment process and proprietary products to advise team.
Licensing for the designated jurisdiction / portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify gaps and monitor sales and service performance against plans.
Build and maintain client relationships and acquire clients from internal referrals and external sources.
Expand business growth through telemarketing and outbound calls.
Coordinate marketing activities and sales material for client conversations.
Provide knowledge detailed information about products and services.
Resolve client issues in a timely manner and escalate as required.
Keep current with investment services marketplace, products, and regulatory environment.
Analyze data, gather and format data into reports and dashboards.
Prepare information for client meetings and annual reviews.
