Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads and follows written/verbal instructions.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Must wear PPE and safety gear and follow rules.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules; wear PPE at all times.
• Read shell process instructions for each part.
• Prepare basic molds as instructed; lift assemblies.
• Immerses wax setup in wash solutions per instructions.
• Dip molds in slurry; apply first coat per instructions.
• Replenish slurry as per procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area; dispose of waste.
• Perform periodic tank/equipment cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
