Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking entry-level personnel for a graveyard shift (Thurs-Mon) with training Mon-Fri, 4am-12:30pm. The role involves dipping wax patterns in ceramic slurry, reading instructions, and performing basic mold preparation with safety gear provided.

On-the-job training may lead to cross-training in robotics controls. Requires high school or GED and ability to read, write, and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows instructions for shell process and part numbers.
• Maintains order and chain of custody for shell molds.
• On-the-job training provided, basic reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Read shell process instructions for each production part number.
• Prepare basic molds and handle lifting/insertion tasks.
• Immerse wax setups and apply first coat to molds as directed.
• Replenish slurry and maintain clean work area.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
