If you are currently part of a high-performing FIG/Fintech M&A team with 5+ years of experience at a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, Mid-Market Investment Bank, or a Big 4 firm, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cover key sectors within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), including banking, asset/wealth management, insurance, specialty finance, fintech, etc..
  • Perform in-depth valuation analysis, financial modelling, and market research to support M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Develop and deliver presentation materials, including management presentations, board reports, and memorandums, for client engagements.
  • Play a key role in deal execution, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaising with external advisors (legal, accounting, regulatory bodies).
  • Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments, offering strategic insights to clients.
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues, contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years FIG investment banking experience from a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, Mid-Market Investment Bank, or Big 4.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of investment banking products and deal structuring.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with external advisors.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
