Accenture Consulting is hiring for Investment Banking Consulting Manager to lead complex transformation programs at top banks, spanning business, regulatory, and technology change initiatives.

You will guide end-to-end trading lifecycle engagements, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact, future-ready solutions in a rapidly evolving financial services landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Financial Services specializing in Investment Banking; end-to-end trading lifecycle knowledge.
• Minimum 5+ years of external consulting/program management leading large-scale transformations at sell-side institutions.
• Bachelor's Degree required; CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major, complex transformation programs at global investment banks across business, regulatory, and tech change.
• Oversee end-to-end trading lifecycle engagements across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Tech & Operations.
• Synthesize client needs and select optimal solutions and operating models.
