Job summary

Accenture Consulting in the United States seeks an Investment Banking Management Consulting Consultant to transform trading, risk, and operations across front, middle, back offices and technology layers.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to execute large-scale programs for sell-side institutions, develop deliverables, and synthesize data to guide strategic decisions while expanding capabilities in digital assets and market infrastructure. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or related roles focusing on Investment Banking and end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• 2+ years of external consulting/program management on large-scale sell-side programs.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders to execute large-scale transformation programs across trading lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office, Tech & Ops).
• Develop deliverables (presentations, reports) to enable end-to-end client transformation initiatives.
• Conduct research and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions and direction.
• Support sell-side clients in developing high-performance, future-ready solutions including digital assets and market infrastructure.
• Understand evolving sell-side trends and deliver technology-enabled initiatives.
