• You are a proven full-stack engineer, technically strong and effective at collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.

• Basic Qualifications:


• 1-4 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java (Java 11-21) or Python, with proficiency in backend technologies such as SQL/No-SQL databases, Elastic Search, MongoDB, Spring framework, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate, etc.


• Experience with front-end development using React, Redux, Vue, Typescript, or similar frameworks.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, preferably with a global or remote setup.


• Knowledge of deploying applications in public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Kubernetes.


• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and development skills.


• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM, AI Agents, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.


• Data modeling, warehousing (Snowflake, AWS Glue/EMR, Apache Spark), and a solid understanding of data engineering practices.


• Leadership experience in technical, team, or project roles.


• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation).


• Experience with reactive, event-based architectures.
