In this role, you will advise clients on capital raising, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic financial transactions, acting as a trusted partner at the intersection of financial analysis and deal execution. This is an opportunity to work directly on high-impact mandates alongside senior banking professionals, developing deep sector expertise while contributing to some of the most complex transactions in the market.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and support the execution of capital markets and advisory transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial mandates within the Industrials sector.
• Analyze complex financial data to develop client proposals, strategic plans, and transaction materials that inform key decision-making.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for valuation purposes, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Prepare compelling written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for both pitches and live deals.
• Conduct in-depth economic and financial research to evaluate company performance against broader industry dynamics and market trends.
• Collaborate with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory professionals on client transactions, contributing analytical rigor as a core member of the deal team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or a related field.
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, current or the ability to obtain them.
