About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Program Analyst to support the Fund Finance- Fund Solutions Group within Corporate & Investment Banking. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
Fund Finance
The Fund Finance team provides fund-level financing to private equity funds and other asset managers through structured credit facilities and capital market solutions. Fund Finance is part of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigation and compliance-driven culture that firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
Fund Solutions: Fund Solutions focuses on providing asset managers differentiated Fund Finance products spanning across Net Asset Value (NAV) financing, Structured Products (Collateralized Fund Obligations/Rated Feeders), Advisory Services and Capital Raising Solutions. Daily responsibilities include working with senior deal team members to create pitches, execute transactions, manage internal databases, manage transactions post close, and complete internal processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- 6+ months of capital markets or lending experience
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance.
- Experience in investment banking.
- Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities.
- Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking.
- Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
Job Expectations
- Registration FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
- Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

Additional Compensation Details
- Base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000
- May be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
