Evergreen Advisors, LLC. is seeking ambitious, high-achieving candidates for an 8-week summer internship at our Columbia, Maryland office.

This hands-on opportunity offers real-world experience in the fast-paced field of Investment Banking. You’ll contribute to M&A advisory engagements, prepare marketing materials and confidential information memoranda, build and analyze financial and valuation models, and learn the end-to-end deal process under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Rising senior at a U.S.-based university majoring in finance or business.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis, valuation, and modeling; experience with Capital IQ and PitchBook is a plus.
• Excellent technical skills paired with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A motivated self-starter who thrives both independently and in team settings.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist in M&A advisory engagements with junior and senior team members.
• Prepare marketing materials, confidential information memoranda, and pitch decks.
• Help build and analyze financial and valuation models.
• Identify potential acquirers and review precedent market transactions.
• Support deep-dive research on macroeconomic trends, industries, and companies.
• Maintain and update the market contact databases for engagements.
• Learn the end-to-end M&A deal process.

Evergreen Advisors is a leading investment bank and advisory firm focused on assisting emerging growth and middle-market companies in the areas of corporate finance, growth and exit strategies, valuations, and advisory services.

We are seeking ambitious, high-achieving candidates for our 8-week summer internship at our Columbia, Maryland office. This hands-on opportunity offers real-world experience in the fast-paced field of Investment Banking.

What You’ll Gain:

This internship is fully on-site at our Columbia, Maryland office. Interns are expected to work in person throughout the 8-week program.

Compensation: Hourly at $18.00 per hour
