• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and write memorandums for sales assignments and private placements.
• Prepare M&A analyses and participate in due diligence and drafting for public offerings.
• Structure and execute transactions; back up relationships with key clients and become a primary contact for some clients.
