The associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation.
