The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology sector, with a particular focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the New York City area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
- Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes.
