Regions Bank, with its BlackArch affiliate, seeks an Investment Banking Associate to strengthen client relationships and drive the transaction process across aerospace, automotive, energy, life sciences, and other sectors. The role focuses on evaluating needs, developing marketing materials, and leading transaction execution with senior-level stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree and appropriate securities licenses are required; MBA is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Series 79 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• MBA is preferred but not required; strong business acumen and financial understanding expected.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and analyzes client needs with a focus on competitive differentiation.
• Drafts documentation and marketing materials for transactions; builds financial models.
• Maintains client communication, including senior management.
• Participates in transaction structuring and execution with high responsibility.
• Mentors and supervises analysts.
• Identifies and develops business opportunities.
