Your role

We’re seeking an Investment Banker to:

1. Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions for domestic and foreign corporate and private equity clients.
2. Manage major workstreams of M&A transactions including diligence, development of financial projections and analyses, and all client deliverables.
3. Lead working teams of junior bankers and other stakeholders (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc.).
4. Provide support and input in transaction negotiations as needed.
5. Present effectively to internal and external clients with confidence.
6. Collaborate globally to ensure seamless transaction execution.
7. Generate innovative ideas and approaches to advance the business.
8. Make sound, balanced judgments within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards.

Your team

You will be part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team based in New York. Our M&A Group operates globally, providing advisory services on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and shareholder activism/takeover defenses across industries and geographies.

Your expertise

• Experience in originating and executing M&A transactions, including structuring.
• Ability to work effectively with corporate and private equity clients.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analyses.
• Proven initiative and team management skills.
• Currently at Vice President / Director level in an M&A department.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or JD.
