Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Investment Banking experience, preferably in M&A or Healthcare coverage.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution of M&A transactions including valuation and due diligence.
• Preparation of marketing materials like pitch books and management presentations.
• Involvement in client meetings, strategic discussions, and deal negotiations.
• Mentorship and guidance of analysts within the team.
• Contribution to origination efforts and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of M&A transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Investment Banking experience (preferably in M&A or Healthcare coverage)

• Experience from an elite boutique, bulge bracket, or top middle-market firm is preferred
