Position: Investment Banking Associate - Healthcare Biopharma (New York, NY)

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Healthcare Biopharma team. This role offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals to play an impactful role in our expanding Biopharma investment banking team, gaining sector expertise and experience in M&A, equity, equity-linked, and debt transactions.

1. Prepare strategic and M&A analyses, company valuations, and marketing materials for sale and financing assignments.
2. Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings.
3. Execute high-profile transactions and act as a key contact for some clients.
4. Develop relationships with clients and contribute to new business development.
5. Demonstrate professional and cultural leadership within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications include:

• 1 – 2+ years of investment banking experience focusing on healthcare/biotechnology or relevant work experience.
• BA/BS/MS or an advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD) is a plus.
• Experience with equity capital markets and M&A transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling.
• Highly motivated team player with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
