The Associate level offers exposure to senior dealmakers, direct client interaction, and a merit-based path to higher roles. The role requires 2-4 years in technology-focused M&A with proven transaction experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience focusing on technology sectors (software, data & analytics, tech-enabled services)
• Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation and deal structuring
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
