Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our client's Business Services Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking with significant M&A transaction experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals and collaborate with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions within the business services space.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal structuring and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction timelines.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop strategic insights and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on M&A transactions.
