Investment Banking Analyst/Associate
Cleveland, Ohio

League Park Advisors is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to join our team at our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.

League Park Advisors is a boutique investment banking firm providing financial advisory services, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and clients throughout all stages of the transaction process.

Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research
• Prepare potential buyer and acquisition target lists
• Analyze and assist in the preparation of transaction materials, including pitch books, teasers, Confidential Information Memoranda, and management presentations
• Perform financial analysis, public company comparable analysis, and pro forma financial modeling
• Conduct research projects and maintain client and transaction databases
• Assist senior colleagues with other deal-related activities

Associate Responsibilities:

• Perform the Analyst responsibilities outlined above
• Manage day-to-day deal responsibilities and transaction processes
• Work directly with clients, buyers, and capital sources
• Coordinate with senior team members throughout the execution of transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or a strong educational background in investment banking-related disciplines
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate project status to team members
• Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment as both a team player and an individual contributor
• Strong knowledge of finance and/or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
