BCC Advisers in Des Moines is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our Des Moines team. The analyst will support a small deal team with financial analysis, research, transaction materials, due diligence, and process management.

This role offers exposure to client and buyer discussions early in your career and increasing responsibility for financial analysis and transaction execution as you develop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or expected to complete before start date.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial statements, projections, and trends to identify key drivers and potential transaction considerations.
• Prepare confidential information memorandums, presentations, financial analyses, and other materials.
• Conduct company, industry, and buyer research to summarize findings for the deal team.
• Support due diligence including data room organization and response preparation.
• Track timelines, buyer activity, and follow-up items; participate in client and buyer meetings.
