Job summary

Wells Fargo seeks candidates for its two-year Investment Banking Program in the United States. You will contribute to financial modeling, conduct company and industry research, and prepare client materials and pitch presentations.

You will participate in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions, collaborating with senior bankers across sectors and geographies while supporting the development of junior team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
• Strong academic achievement
• Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
• Relevant internship experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring Wells Fargo visa sponsorship
• Successful completion of FINRA background screening requirements
• Compliance with ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations
• Ability to adhere to Wells Fargo risk and compliance policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build out of financial models and support financial analysis
• Conduct company and industry research
• Prepare client materials and pitch presentations
• Participate in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
• Collaborate with senior bankers across sectors and geographies
• Support the development of junior team members
• Support live transactions within a product or industry coverage group
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the two-year program
