Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Accounting (strongly preferred).
• Certifications: Series 63 within 6 months of hire.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Mergers & Acquisitions: research and prepare complex financial models and documents; create teaser & M&A offering documents; prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Buyer identification: assist in identifying buyers for sell-side clients; track detailed information; assist with due diligence and client database development.
• Transactional support: conduct industry and company due diligence; perform multifaceted analyses informing terms and structure.
• Logistics Coordination: track buyers, create complex financial models, coordinate schedules for events.
• Internal Client Support: provide project management and serve as point person for topics assigned.
