Job summary

DAK is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support Managing Directors, VPs, and Associates across pitch development, financial modeling, deal execution and client communications. You will own financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials from the ground up, and lead diligence for pitchbooks, CIMs and buyer lists.

You will manage day-to-day execution logistics and client deliverables, serving as a key contact for clients, buyers, and counterparties.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investment banking or related experience.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, with deep analysis, valuation and modeling skills.
• Strong grasp of corporate finance, accounting, and M&A process.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to advance to the Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models, valuation analysis, and transaction materials from the ground up.
