Job summary

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in Baltimore is seeking an Analyst to join the Industrials Group. You will work closely with senior bankers on sell-side and buy-side advisory, as well as underwriting and placing equity and debt offerings for public and private companies.

• Liaise with both internal and external parties (including corporate issuers, financial sponsors, legal counsel, among others) to expand corporate relationships and drive day-to-day deal process
• Review and oversee development of financial models, valuation analyses, research

Job Description

Our Investment Banking department is actively looking for an Analyst to join the Industrials Group in our Baltimore office. Compensation

This salary range is specific to the City of Baltimore and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making salary decisions including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus. Oppenheimer & Co. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
