Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an Analyst for its Investment Banking team in the United States. Analysts formulate new business proposals, develop forecasts and valuations, and evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios.

You will participate in drafting sessions, due diligence meetings, and client presentations. The role involves working on various aspects of the transaction process, including deal documentation, market research, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
• Internship experience in related field preferred.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives for transactions.
• Perform valuation methodologies including comps and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Contribute to equity offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions advisories.
• Research, analyze, and document drafting elements of transactions.
• Develop client presentations and maintain deal files.
• Monitor industry developments relevant to clients and deals.
• Assist with recruiting and training Analysts and Interns.
