Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an investment banking Analyst to contribute to deal execution and client-facing work in a high-responsibility team. You will build financial models, evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios, and prepare documentation for public and private stock issuances.

Analysts work across drafting sessions, due diligence meetings, and presentations, with opportunities to lead projects and develop professionally within a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required; internship experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Securities licensing is required (SIE, Series 63, 79, 7).

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess debt and equity financing alternatives for transactions.
• Perform valuation methodologies and DCF analyses on target companies.
• Provide input to equity offerings, valuations, private placements, M&A advisories.
• Research, analyze, present and document drafting elements of developing transactions.
• Develop client presentations and maintain deal files.
• Assist with recruiting and training new Analysts and Interns.
