Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record as an investment banking Analyst to join its Investment Banking team. As part of the Investment Banking team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, including: sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising; special committee engagements; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.
The anticipated base salary for this role is $100,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
