Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 1+ years in finance or related field preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.

• Team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program, developing core financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination efforts.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction analysis (M&A, LBOs, capital raising).
• Assist in the execution of live transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic advisory mandates and capital markets transactions.
