Job summary

Oaklands Global Financial Services Recruitment is partnering with a leading investment bank to strengthen its Consumer team with talent at Analyst, Associate and Vice President levels.

You'll work on high-profile M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions for exciting consumer businesses, building models, presenting analyses, and supporting live transactions from pitch to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IB experience at Analyst, Associate, or VP level.
• Exposure to M&A, ECM/DCM, or related corporate finance.
• Strong modelling and valuation skills.
• Interest in consumer sector trends.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
• Build complex financial models and client presentations.
• Support deal execution from pitch to close.
