Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and learn quickly.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work extended hours as transaction demands require.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related materials
• Prepare confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and client deliverables
• Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and organize transaction information
• Conduct industry research, financial analysis, and comparable transaction benchmarking
• Identify prospective buyers, investors, and acquisition targets
• Support business development initiatives, including prospective client research and pitch materials
