Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

Our client is a leading investment firm with over $20B AUM. They seek to hire an Investment Associate focused on private credit and special situations investing.

Responsibilities

• Participate directly in investment process through direct exposure to senior leadership
• Evaluate potential transactions through detailed research and analysis
• Conduct due diligence and assist in the entire process from deal origination to management
• Perform industry sector deep dives in conjunction with industry specialist teams
• Lead & support robust corporate models and stress testing
• Work with cross-functional teams (investment teams, capital markets, finance, risk) to support day-to-day fund/portfolio level decisions

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of total work experience within an investment bank or investment firm with strong credit knowledge
• Experience using Bloomberg beneficial
• Strong quantitative skills, modeling with proficiency with Excel
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution
• Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
• Energetic, self-motivated, self-starter who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment
