The role offers broad exposure across sourcing, execution, and portfolio management in a generalist capacity.Key responsibilities include driving proprietary deal origination through direct outreach, sector mapping, and relationship development with business owners, intermediaries, and industry contacts; identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities through proactive pipeline development; leading financial modeling including operating models, returns analyses, and scenario/sensitivity analyses; conducting deep industry research to develop and pressure-test investment theses; preparing investment memoranda and transaction materials; and supporting end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational workstreams.Qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related field, with genuine interest in one or more of Superlinear's core sectors: business and technology services, manufacturing, industrials, or healthcare.
