Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, valuation advisory, deal origination, or related investment-focused role.

• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze private equity secondary investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and qualitative due diligence.
• Conduct research on private equity funds, portfolios, managers, and underlying assets to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment memoranda, market analyses, and other materials used in the underwriting and approval process.
• Assist with transaction execution by coordinating with legal advisors, counterparties, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor deal processes, review transaction documentation, and support closing activities.
• Participate in discussions with private equity sponsors, advisors, and market participants to assess opportunities and gather investment intelligence.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the private equity secondary ecosystem to enhance market coverage and opportunity sourcing.
• Support business development efforts, strategic initiatives, and other projects as needed.
