Job summary
Amplify Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, is seeking an Investment Analyst to support evaluation, underwriting, and ongoing management of investments across private equity and real estate.
The role involves financial modeling, due diligence, market research, and collaboration with leadership, operating partners, lenders, and investors. You will help track KPIs and contribute across deal execution and portfolio management in a fast-moving, hands-on culture.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment objectives.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build, review, and interpret financial models, budgets, forecasts.
- Ability to assess risk and communicate conclusions clearly.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work full-time from Denver office.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective investments across operating businesses and real estate.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for debt and equity investments.
- Prepare investment memoranda, executive summaries, and recommendations.
- Support due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals.
- Monitor portfolio performance and develop asset-level business plans.
