Job summary

Craft Work Capital in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking a Financial Analyst or Associate (title commensurate with experience) to join our growing investment team. You will work directly with senior team members across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence through execution and portfolio support, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

You will build and maintain financial models, perform business diligence, and contribute to investment materials and portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development preferred.
Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial markets and data reporting.
Understanding of strategic planning and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain investment models (IRR, MOIC, NPV, cash flows).
Analyze target company performance using backlog, margins, WIP, and customer mix.
Research mechanical, electrical and specialty contracting markets and trends.
Prepare investment committee memos and lender presentations.
Support acquisitions, financings and due diligence with legal and advisors.
Partner with portfolio leadership on performance tracking and value creation.
