What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead key aspects of deal transactions, including financial model development and investment analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficient in financial modeling, including forecasts, return analyses, and capitalization tables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
