Job summary

IMRF is seeking an Associate Investment Analyst II to join the Investment Department in Oak Brook, IL. The role supports monitoring, reporting, and operational execution across public and private markets, including due diligence, onboarding, and coordination with consultants and managers.

The ideal candidate will have a finance-related degree and institutional investment experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills to produce timely, accurate investment materials and help maintain

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Two years’ institutional investment experience preferred.
Proficient Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor investment performance, exposures, and activity across public and private markets.
Prepare investment-related presentations, reports and dashboards for Investment Staff and leadership.
Assist with due diligence, onboarding, and oversight of investment managers and programs.
Maintain schedules and reporting for asset allocation and cash flows.
Support compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting processes.
