Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for a subset of mutual funds/ETFs within the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset line-up.
  • Conduct due diligence and communicate findings regarding investment performance and risk to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Analyze key trends within the asset class and positioning of competitors.
  • Perform thorough portfolio analysis using tools like Morningstar, Factset, Bloomberg, and Lipper.
  • Contribute to product development and management efforts across the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset suite.
  • Assist with enhancements of investment tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with the broader organization on product positioning, marketing content, and investment insights.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS required; concentration in finance, economics, or quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in fixed income analysis/trading, product management, or fund evaluation/oversight is favorable.
  • Strong quantitative/technical skills, particularly with Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Knowledge of investment tools for performance analysis and portfolio analytics.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Compensation

The annualized base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $150,000, with additional rewards including bonuses and long-term incentives.
