Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in a transaction-focused environment.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; working knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Insurance, Actuarial Science or related field.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit, investment appetite, risks and returns.
• Execute due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation.
• Collaborate with BU leaders and internal/external partners on transactions.
• Support value creation efforts for portfolio companies with management.
• Prepare materials for decision-making by committees and executives.
• Stay informed on insurance and reinsurance trends and developments.
